JDC 13/16 Operating Instructions and Spare Parts
Please read these instructions carefully
1.1 SAFETY NOTICE
Environmental protection:
- PLEASE DO NOT THROW USED BATTERIES INTO HOUSEHOLD TRASH CANS, WASTE BINS, OR BURN THEM.
- DEALERS PROVIDE BATTERY ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SERVICES.
Short circuit hazard:
- DO NOT STORE BATTERIES WITH OTHER METAL OBJECTS.
- DO NOT OPEN THE BATTERY, STORE THE BATTERY IN A DRY, FROST-RESISTANT ROOM.
- THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS 50 DEGREES, PLEASE KEEP IT DRY ALL THE TIME.
- DO NOT CHARGE USED BATTERIES, REPLACE THEM WITH NEW ONES IMMEDIATELY.
1.2 EYE INJURY
SAFETY GLASSES WITHOUT EDGE GUARDS MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO EYES OR EVEN CAUSE BLINDNESS. IT IS REQUIRED TO WEAR SAFETY GLASSES WITH SIDE GUARDS.
1.3 OPERATING
PERSONNEL WHO ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OPERATE THE BALER, READ AND CORRECTLY UNDERSTAND THE BALER'S OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE TIGHTENING THE STRAPS. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS OR LOADING THE STRAPING CORRECTLY WILL RESULT IN BREAKAGE OF THE STRAP. KEEP YOUR FINGERS AWAY FROM THE SQUEEZE OR CUT AREA UNTIL YOU BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE BALER.
1.4 ADHESION
YOU SHOULD LOOK AT THE PRESSED BOND AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH BOND CONTROL AND ADJUSTMENT. IRREGULAR BONDING MAY BE WEAK AND CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE, PLEASE DO NOT SHIP IN AN INCORRECTLY PACKED BOX.
1.5 PACKING & DISTRIBUTION
PLEASE USE A SPECIALLY DESIGNED DISPENSING UNIT TO DISPENSE STRAPPING. WHEN NOT IN USE, FOLD THE ENDS OF THE STRAPS INTO THE DISPENSER.
1.6 NO DRAG NO LIFT
DO NOT USE PACKING BELT TO DRAG OR LIFT THE LOAD, IT MAY CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY.
1.7 THE HAZARD OF DAMAGED STRAPS
INCORRECT OPERATION LIKE EXCESSIVE TENSION, NOT USING THE STRAPPING AS REQUIRED, OR THE SHARP CORNERS OF THE LOAD WILL CAUSE THE TENSION TO BE LOST, OR THE STRAPPING WILL BE DAMAGED. ALSO, IF OPERATOR LOSES BALANCE AND FALLS, THE BALER AND THE STRAPPING TOGETHER QUICKLY FLY TOWARDS THE OPERATOR’S FACE
Notice: PLEASE POSITION THE WRAP STRAPS AROUND THE SUITABLE SURFACE OF THE LOAD. WHEN TENSIONING AND GLUING, IF THE OPERATOR AND THE PACKING BELT STAND IN THE SAME LINE, YOU MAY BE INJURED BY THE FLYING PACKING BELT OR THE PACKING MACHINE, SO PLEASE STAND ON THE SIDE OF THE PACKING BELT DURING OPERATION. PLEASE USE THE HIGH-QUALITY PACKING TAPE RECOMMENDED IN THIS MANUAL, WITH SUITABLE WIDTH, SPECIFICATION, AND STRENGTH. UNMATCHED PACKING TAPE MAY CAUSE THE TAPE TO BE DAMAGED WHEN TIGHTENED.
1 .8 CUTTING THE PACKING TAPE REQUIRED LENGTH FROM DISPENSER
WHEN CUTTING THE PACKING TAPE, PLEASE USE A SUITABLE CUTTING TOOL TO ENSURE A SAFE DISTANCE FROM PEOPLE, DO NOT STAND ON THE SAME STRAIGHT LINE WITH THE PACKING TAPE, AND KEEP AWAY FROM THE LOOSE DIRECTION OF THE TAPE. PLEASE USE TOOLS SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR CUTTING STRAPS. TOOLS LIKE HAMMERS, PLIERS, HACKSAWS, AXES, ARE NOT ALOWED.
1.9 FALL HAZARD
KEEP THE WORK AREA TIDY. AN UNTIDY WORK AREA CAN CREATE A RISK OF INJURY, AND A POOR OR UNBALANCED FOOTING BEFORE TENSIONING CAN MAKE IT EASIER TO FALL, ESPECIALLY IN STAIR AREAS. SO KEEP YOUR BODY BALANCED. BOTH FEET MUST BE ON A FLAT AND FIRM SURFACE. DO NOT OPERATE THE TOOL WHEN YOUR BODY IS IN AN UNCOMFORTABLE POSITION. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE PRECAUTIONARY NOTES SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED FOR THE WORK AREA.
1.10 DANGERS OF BALERS
A WELL-MAINTAINED BALER IS VERY NECESSARY. PERIODICALLY CHECK FOR BROKEN OR WORN PARTS, DO NOT USE THE BALER IF THERE ARE SHORT CRACKED OR WORN PARTS. DO NOT MODIFY THE BALER AS THIS MAY CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY.
2.1 BALER DESCRIUPTION
THE MANUFACTURED JDV BALER IS PACKED WITH PLASTIC-STEELBELTS, AND THE BELT-FEEDING DEVICE IS USED TO WRAP THE PLASTIC-STEEL BELTS AROUND THE BAGS MANUALLY.THE STRAP ENDS ARE TUCKED INTO THE BALER AND AUTOMATICALLY TENSIONED AND SEPARATED AFTER FRICTION BONDING.
